Overview
These Terms of Use apply to the SurroHub website at surrohub.io, the live demo, and the SurroHub platform, including the dashboards, client portals, forms and booking pages it provides (together, "SurroHub"). SurroHub is operated by Web Savvy Enterprises, LLC, doing business as SurroHub ("SurroHub," "we," "us," or "our").
By visiting or using SurroHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Agencies that license SurroHub are also bound by their signed SurroHub Licensing Agreement; where the two differ, the Licensing Agreement governs for that agency.
1. Who owns SurroHub
SurroHub — its software and code, its design, screens and layouts, its workflows, templates, text, graphics and documentation — belongs to Web Savvy Enterprises, LLC and is protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual-property laws. Using SurroHub gives you a limited right to use it as described in these terms; it does not transfer any ownership to you.
Information that an agency, surrogate, intended parent or donor enters into SurroHub remains theirs. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled.
2. What you may do
You may browse the website, try the live demo to evaluate SurroHub for your agency, and — if your agency licenses SurroHub or you are invited by one — use the platform for its intended purpose.
3. What you may not do
You may not, and may not help or allow anyone else to:
- copy, reproduce, imitate or redistribute any part of SurroHub, including its code, design, screens or workflows;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer SurroHub, or try to extract its source code;
- scrape, crawl, frame or mirror SurroHub, or access it by automated means other than features we provide for that purpose;
- use SurroHub, or anything learned from it, to build or help build a product or service that competes with it;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
- probe, test or bypass SurroHub’s security, or interfere with its operation; or
- use SurroHub for anything unlawful, including sending messages without the consent the law requires.
We take these seriously. We may suspend access and pursue every remedy the law allows, including an injunction or other court order, against anyone who copies SurroHub or uses it to build a competing product.
4. The live demo
The live demo runs on invented example data — the agencies, people, messages and documents in it are fictional. Nothing you enter in the demo is saved or sent anywhere. The demo is provided for evaluation only and may change or be unavailable at any time.
5. Accounts
If you have a SurroHub login, keep your credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account. Agencies decide who on their team has access and what each person can see.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The website and the demo are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or the demo. Agencies’ use of the platform is covered by the warranties and limits in their Licensing Agreement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may seek injunctive or other relief in any court with jurisdiction to protect SurroHub and our intellectual property.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of SurroHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
